Elektrogeschwister

Eigentlich hätten Elektro Guzzi bereits am Mittwoch mit WhoMadeWho das Gloria bespielen können. Denn auf ersten Blick könnte man beide Bands für Geschwister halten. Doch wo die Dänen auf den Gesang setzen, bleiben die Österreicher Elektro Guzzi instrumental und setzen ganz auf die Kraft der treibenden Beats. So brachten sie auch das Stadtgarten-Publikum zum tanzen und sorgten für einen perfekten Start in die Cologne Sessions-Nacht.

c/o pop has been taking place anually in Cologne since 2004. The programme of the festival is dedicated to contemporary pop culture in all its variety. Parallel to the festival, c/o pop hosts a business forum known as the c/o pop Convention which is directed to professionals from the creative industries. The convention focusses on networking between the different creative industries. Another major c/o pop project is »Europareise«, a network of 70 festivals which helps to connect the festival scene from Europe and beyond. 2010 c/o pop saw over 30,000 visitors and 1,200 professionals from 30 countries.
